Marshall's personal work has had many movements over the years, but it has maintained a continuity of palette, composition and intent. While he has explored abstract, realism, future retro and many other idioms, his interest keeps returning to Pop art and despite the variety of his artistic ouevre,  Marshall's palette always retains the use of bright, energetic and full spectrum color. It is his hallmark, and his vision.
